If you login and your balances are reading zero.
It is just a temporary data fetch error.
There is a refresh button right where the wallet is, click on it and your balance will be revealed after you refresh.
If your balance is still reading zero after you refresh, send a detailed complaint to support and make sure to add your account email address.
