Incorrect Email/Password Issue

Whenever you get an incorrect password/email error, you know that one of those two things is incorrect.

Double to check that your email address is incorrect.

Also review your passwords to ensure that you haven't changed it recently.

It is easy to forget new passwords and keep trying to log in with the old.

Also for security purposes, we don't pinpoint exactly which variable is incorrect. That's why you will always see Password or Email.

This is to make it harder for hackers to breach your account.

If the error persists you can reset your password with your account email address just to be sure.

If the error persists after you successfully reset your password, then submit a detailed ticket that describes the issue alongside your account email password.

The developers would investigate and resolve the issue.
